As years pass, Adam’s unchanging appearance sparks fear, and he is imprisoned in a barn for over a decade. While he remains untouched by time, those he loves grow old. Anki, now his jailer, becomes the guardian of Adam’s eternal childhood. As death claims his loved ones, Adam fulfills Anki’s final wish, guiding his body down the Euphrates. Alone on the riverbank, Adam listens to the echoes of a childhood that never ends.

THE TRAP
The Trap explores the emotional journey of a woman who becomes a victim of self-obsession and lives within her own world, unknowingly pushing away the people she cares about most. The story follows her as she becomes increasingly self-centric and gets dragged to the path of narcissism. As she dives deeper into this pursuit of self-validation, she unknowingly starts to detach herself from her family—her husband and their young child—who begin to feel ignored and left behind.
The film serves as a cautionary tale about the detrimental effect of excessive self-obsession which often encourage putting oneself above everything else and eventually becomes aloof from the rest of the world. The film highlights how unchecked narcissism can isolate a person form the real world thereby unravel the very connections that bring meaning to life.
